Our Return Policy
At BENON we want to ensure our customers receive the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
We understand that sometimes sizes do not work, the product is not what you expected, customers change their minds, etc. Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange within 7 days of the invoice date.
To expedite the process, please follow these simple guidelines:
- Return the merchandise along with the original invoice/packing slip.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition; unworn, unpackaged, and unwashed.
- Personalized/monogrammed items are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our Refund Policy:
Once we’ve received your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment originally used for the order.
