If any of the circumstances described below apply to your order,

please get in touch with us via email at sales@benon.com.ng to have pre-paid postage sent to your email:

1. Items were damaged during transit/delivery by the postage carrier.
2. Received defective merchandise due to manufacturing errors.
3. Received someone else’s order.
4. There’s an error with the order or items are missing.

International Returns

Our Return guarantee does not include freight charges for international orders.

If for any reason you choose to return an order simply ship it back to us, at your own expense.
